2. Order Processing & Tracking

3. Address Accuracy & Delivery Guarantees
Please double-check that apartment numbers, ZIP codes, and contact numbers are correct. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can cause delays and void our delivery-time guarantee.
4. International Taxes, Duties & Customs
Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). mimotta.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or under-declare value.
