Mide tu muñeca

Comienza con una cinta métrica flexible, una tira de papel o una cuerda.
Envuelve tu muñeca, justo encima de la mano pero debajo del hueso de la muñeca, donde normalmente usas tu pulsera. Ajustada, pero no apretada.
Marca el punto donde se unen los extremos y luego mide esa longitud.
